Managing Subscription Tutorial
Watch this tutorial Video here for help managing your subscription, or you can follow these steps below:
Click on person outline in top right or in the drop down menu on the left, select CUSTOMER PORTAL.
Enter the email associated with your account
You'll be emailed a code. Enter the Code.
Click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION subscription button top right of page.
You are now in the Customer Portal where you can adjust your subscription. Here are actions you can take:
SWAP PRODUCT- You can move up or down on sizing and number of meals by clicking on SWAP PRODUCT. Just hit apply once you've made your changes.
SKIP DELIVERY- Top right of the page you can Skip a delivery and input your next delivery date. The system will automatically update your new delivery date.
PAUSE DELIVERY- You can pause your subscription bottom right. You will remain paused until you come back to the portal and unpause your subscription.
CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION- You can cancel your subscription right below the PAUSE DELIVERY button.
