We deliver on SUNDAY between 8am-3pm. 

Please leave detailed instructions at checkout if you have a gate code or a building with coded entry so that our delivery team can access inside the property if you are not going to be home. This helps ensure the food is not left on the street. 

Our food is delivered cold with included ice packs. You have some time to put your food inside the fridge, but it should not be left out all day. If you need to change a delivery for more specific timing, please email customer support at support@thegourmetanimal.com
