We offer Local Delivery in the Los Angeles area on Sundays of each week.
We also offer Overnight Shipping for select California cities with delivery on Tuesday.
All Orders must be placed by Wednesday of the same week by 6 pm PST for new orders. Once you have an active subscription, the order deadline moves to Tuesday 6pm each week before the Sunday or Tuesday the order arrives.
LA Local Delivery
We deliver your Gourmet Animal meals locally in the Los Angeles area on Sundays between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM (exact delivery window may vary by neighborhood).Your meals are delivered cold with ice packs so you have time to refrigerate them, but they should not be left outside for extended periods. Please provide gate codes, building access instructions, or concierge details at checkout so our delivery team can reach your door and avoid leaving meals on the street.If you need a special delivery window or have unique access instructions, email us at support@thegourmetanimal.com before your delivery day and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
OUTSIDE LA SHIPPING (Select Cities in California)
The Gourmet Animal ships to select cities outside Los Angeles via a refrigerated overnight service, typically arriving on Tuesday.
Orders shipping outside LA are packed cold with ice packs and insulated packaging to keep your meals at safe temperatures during transit. Once delivered, please refrigerate your meals as soon as possible and follow storage and heating instructions included with your order.
Shipping availability and rates depend on your delivery zip code and will be shown at checkout. If your address falls outside our current service area, email support@thegourmetanimal.com and we’ll let you know when we expand to your region.
