Lite- 50g of protein or 1/2 lb of cooked protein per entree. Ideal for 1 active person with a lighter daily protein intake of 4 oz of protein per meal.
Large 100-120g of protein or 1 lb of cooked protein per entree. Ideal for a larger active person or two smaller individuals with a daily protein intake of 8oz per meal.
Delivery Info
Your food is delivered on Sunday from 9am-5pm. Please leave us detailed instructions at checkout so that we can deliver your food. Please reach out to support@thegourmetanimal.com for late delivery or a change of address.
Although we pack the order with cold packs, the food should be placed in the refrigerator upon delivery.

Our guarantee is simple: If you aren't completely satisfied with your meals, we will give you your money back. Please email support@thegourmetanimal.com in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our delicious, locally sourced, fully prepared gourmet meals.
Order Cut Off is every Wednesday at 6pm PST for new orders.
If you are already subscribed, your deadline to PAUSE, SKIP or CANCEL for the next week is on Tuesday at 6pm.

I’ve tried several meal prep services, but this one stands out for two reasons: the exceptional quality of the meat and the sheer convenience it brings to my week. The beef and chicken in particular were on another level. The difference was palpable in the taste and texture - tender and perfectly cooked, and the flavor is rich and fresh, a clear sign that they’re sourcing high-quality ingredients.
Beyond the ingredients, the preparation is top-notch. Everything arrived fully cooked, well-seasoned, and ready to heat and eat. Having a fridge stocked with healthy, great-tasting meals all week was amazingly helpful for my busy schedule. No last-minute scrambling, no takeout junk—just delicious, balanced meals whenever I need them.
I was very hesitant but excited to try this meal prep company when I saw the ads on social media. I consider myself a foodie as I enjoy cooking and eating all types of food from $2 tacos to multi-star restaurants. I love it all! This meal plan leaned closer to the restaurant meals I’ve had! The menu was well curated and I was able to mix and match the proteins and vegs together. Although I did the 3 meal plan, it was enough to last a couple additional smaller meals. I would definitely recommend this meal prep company; the food was delicious and restaurant quality.
