The Gourmet Animal was born from a revelation: healthy eating can provide optimal nutrition and satiety and be exceptionally delicious.

At 43 years old, I discovered that fitness alone couldn't overcome poor nutrition. I was out of shape, eating poorly, and feeling slugglish.

I began eliminating inflammatory ingredients and embracing quality proteins, healthy fats, and organic vegetables. I quickly transformed my body and mentality.
