By purchasing the The Gourmet Animal, you are signing up for a Weekly Subscription plan. Your first purchase is discounted 20%, but the following week will be at our regular price. 

Recurring Weekly Subscription.  The billing auto-renews on the date of your first purchase. After the first week, we move your auto-renew date to Tuesday at 6pm for your subscription. Therefore, If you need to SKIP or PAUSE or CANCEL or make any changes like adding more fuel or less, that can be done by logging into your customer portal. But you must make the changes before Tuesday at 6pm or you will be charged. We cannot refund after Tuesday at 6pm, so set an alert to be notified. 

Pause / Cancel Subscription in the Customer Portal. You can adjust your subscription plan in the Customer Portal. You can cancel and pause a Weekly subscription before the Tuesday auto-renew billing occurs. Again, Tuesday at 6pm.

Change Your Product or Change Duration. You can change your product size and duration under SWAP products in the Customer Portal.
