We make the Next Weeks Menu every Friday evening at 5pm. This menu is 9 days out from our delivery of that Menu on Sunday.
You don't choose a thing. If you don't like a certain protein or have restrictions/things you don't like, we are happy to Swap Protein for you and omit allergenic foods. Just hit up our support bubble to get in touch with the kitchen.
